Safe infrastructure and processes
We continuously maintain and invest in high security standards and data protection. Everyone at Wizzflix receives regular training to ensure that data is handled safely.
Identity Access Management: Access to AWS resources is restricted based on the principle of least privilege, whereby users are granted only the necessary level of access.
The system is designed in such a way that customers can choose to restrict parts through rights and permissions.
User data is encrypted and stored in the database.
Processor Agreement of Wizzflix
A processor agreement is a contractual agreement between a data controller and a processor in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) in the European Union (EU). This agreement specifies the basis on which the processor processes personal data on behalf of the data controller. It provides transparency and is in compliance with legal requirements and customer expectations.
Passwords & security
We attach great importance to security standards and data protection.
Wizzflix has a logical access control for users of our platform using unique logins and passwords, as well as multi-factor authentication, and requires a strong password.
Internally, the data is secured by a username and password, which are not known to employees through the use of a password manager application and change regularly.
Personal data
Employees at Wizzflix do not have access to confidential or personal data unless their tasks and responsibilities require it.
The right to be forgotten is one of the important rights that individuals have under the GDPR in the European Union. This right allows individuals to demand that an organization erase or anonymise their personal data. This is incorporated in all systems and processes.
Hosting takes place at AWS in Germany. It is also an option to choose a private cloud.
