In a hotel, everything revolves around collaboration. However, at Delfins Hilton, the departments — from housekeeping to front office, from engineering to F&B — operated for a long time as isolated islands alongside each other. Everyone worked hard, but often next to each other instead of together.
There was little visibility on who was doing what exactly, and updates or changes often did not reach the entire organization. Employees hardly knew each other outside their own team, which led to misunderstandings, frustrations, and missed opportunities to become stronger together.
Since the introduction of Wizzflix, this has fundamentally changed.
